In order to advance our shared purpose, vision, and goals, we pledge to honor the following collective commitments:
Our environment and practices are safe and positive.

We will create a schoolwide community that meets the developmentally appropriate social-emotional and behavior needs of all.

We will agree to common behavioral expectations and model and teach them consistently to reinforce our expectations.
Learning is a lifelong process that involves the whole child and their well-being.

We will utilize a variety of instructional strategies to promote success for all students.

We will engage in continual professional development and collaborative learning to adapt our educational practices as student needs evolve.

We will provide families with resources, strategies, and information to help students succeed.
Staff collaborate with each other to identify and best support all student needs.

We will identify and teach the agreed upon essential standards and adhere to the curricular pacing guides established by the team.

We will develop and implement common formative assessments, agreed upon by teams, to monitor each student’s learning.

We will use the results from our common assessments to improve our individual and collective practice and to meet the extension and intervention needs of our students.
Students are resourceful problem solvers.

We will provide learning experiences where students will practice critical thinking and how they can apply those strategies to the world around them.
